We operate primarily by reservation, and the studio may be vacant if no classes are booked. If you would like to walk in, please contact us in advance so we can arrange for a teacher to be available for you. Please note that online booking closes one hour before the class start time.

Although our teachers will provide many options and variations for more challenging poses; making all classes accessible to everyone, we recommend starting with Serenity Slow Flow if you are a beginner. Next to the class names, we've included an icon to indicate the intensity of each class (B = Beginner, M= medium intentsity, H = High intensity).

Slow Flow is a gently paced, beginner-friendly class designed to help you build a strong and safe foundation in your yoga practice. With plenty of time to explore each pose, this class offers clear, detailed instructions and alignment-focused cueing to support proper form and body awareness.

You'll move through simple, well-sequenced flows that link breath with movement at a relaxed pace, allowing space to truly feel and understand each posture. This is the perfect class for those new to yoga, or anyone looking to reconnect with the basics in a calm, supportive environment. Expect a grounded, spacious experience that encourages mindfulness, connection, and confidence on the mat.
Serenity Deep Release (B)

While the pace is strong and steady, the approach is mindful—encouraging you to move with awareness and ease rather than force. Set in our light-filled, minimalist studio, this class offers a space to challenge yourself while staying deeply connected to your breath and body.

All levels are welcome but more ideal for those with some yoga experience who are looking to cultivate both inner and outer strength in a supportive, serene environment.
Inside Flow (M)

I’ve been to this yoga studio twice now, and both experiences have been great. The slow flow yoga class is challenging but fun—it really pushes you while still feeling approachable. The teacher was excellent at giving clear cues, making it easy to follow along, even during the trickier poses. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I always leave feeling refreshed.
