Although our teachers will provide many options and variations for more challenging poses; making all classes accessible to everyone, we recommend starting with Serenity Slow Flow if you are a beginner. This is a Hatha style yoga which offers detailed guidance on the alignment and foundation of each yoga pose to help you safely acclimate to yoga and make the most of your experience. All the other classes (excluding Serenity Deep Release) are Vinyasa style yoga, which is higher in intensity and focuses on connecting movement with breath. Next to the class names, we've included an icon to indicate the intensity of each class (B = Beginner, M= medium intentsity, H = High intensity).

Serenity Slow Flow (B)
Slow Flow Yoga
Foundational • Mindful Movement • Alignment-Focused

Slow Flow is a gently paced, beginner-friendly class designed to help you build a strong and safe foundation in your yoga practice. With plenty of time to explore each pose, this class offers clear, detailed instructions and alignment-focused cueing to support proper form and body awareness.
You'll move through simple, well-sequenced flows that link breath with movement at a relaxed pace, allowing space to truly feel and understand each posture. This is the perfect class for those new to yoga, or anyone looking to reconnect with the basics in a calm, supportive environment. Expect a grounded, spacious experience that encourages mindfulness, connection, and confidence on the mat.
Power Yoga for Flexibility and Strength (M)
This class aims to enhance joint mobility and improve flexibility to alleviate mind-body tension. It is ideal for individuals seeking to calm their mind and cultivate inner peace through more dynamic movements. This is Vinyasa style yoga that is higher in intensity and increases heart rate and thereby generating heat in the body. At the first part of the class, we begin with easy stretches to ease our body into a more dynamic movement, and to prepar our body for the peak pose. In the next part of the class, we go through numerous rounds of Sun Salutations to generate heat and preparing us for the main sequence. During the main sequence, we build our way to the peak pose of the class. Lastly, we cool down the body with gentle twists, hip-openers, and/or inversions.
Weight Loss Power Yoga (H)
This Vinyasa yoga class provides a full-body workout to burn fat, increase heart rate, and tone muscles. It emphasizes core and glute muscle work while promoting mindfulness and self-awareness.
Serenity Deep Release (B)
Stillness • Deep Release • Inner Calm
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice designed to help you unwind your mind and rejuvenate your body through long, passive stretches and deep relaxation. Each pose is held for approximately 3 minutes, allowing time for the muscles to soften and the connective tissues to gently open.
With a focus on deeper hip openers and upper body stretches, this class offers space for physical release, emotional healing, and quiet introspection. Supported by calming breath and a peaceful environment, Yin Yoga is a beautiful way to slow down, increase flexibility, and reconnect with yourself.
Perfect for all levels—especially those seeking stillness, recovery, and balance in both body and mind.
Serenity Power Flow (I)
Ready to sweat and strengthen?
This is our signature Power Vinyasa class—perfect for building both physical and mental endurance. Expect a dynamic, heat-building flow that blends strength training with mindful movement. You'll move through empowering asanas linked with breath to cultivate stability, flexibility, and laser-sharp focus for a truly meditative experience.
Open to all levels, though a basic familiarity with Vinyasa is recommended due to the faster pace.
Power Yoga (I)

Power Vinyasa at Serenity Flow is a dynamic yet grounding practice that builds strength, flexibility, and presence through intentional movement and breath. In this class, you'll flow through creative sequences designed to energize the body and focus the mind, all within a calm and spacious atmosphere.
While the pace is strong and steady, the approach is mindful—encouraging you to move with awareness and ease rather than force. Set in our light-filled, minimalist studio, this class offers a space to challenge yourself while staying deeply connected to your breath and body.
All levels are welcome but more ideal for those with some yoga experience who are looking to cultivate both inner and outer strength in a supportive, serene environment.
Yoga for Back Pain (B)
This class focuses on strengthening the back and releasing tension with gentle backbends.

I’ve been to this yoga studio twice now, and both experiences have been great. The slow flow yoga class is challenging but fun—it really pushes you while still feeling approachable. The teacher was excellent at giving clear cues, making it easy to follow along, even during the trickier poses. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.
