Yoga Flow for Flexibility and De-stressing (I)
This class aims to enhance joint mobility and improve flexibility to alleviate mind-body tension. It’s ideal for individuals seeking to calm their mind and cultivate inner peace through more dynamic movements.
Weight Loss Yoga Flow (A)
This yoga class provides a full-body workout to burn fat, increase heart rate, and tone muscles. It emphasizes core and glute muscle work while promoting mindfulness and self-awareness.
Somatic Yoga Flow for Deep Relaxation (B)
This class is designed to help you unwind your mind and rejuvenate your body through slow stretches and relaxation techniques. With an emphasis on deeper hip opening and upper body stretches, and holding each pose for an extended period, it's a great opportunity for introspection and emotional healing.
Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow (I)
Our body has seven chakras. We focus on one chakra each day, starting at the base chakra on Monday. These classes focus on yoga poses that help balance and activate the chakras.
Detox Yoga Flow for Digestion (A)
This class aims to enhance digestion through twisting poses, promoting detoxification, and combating bloating.
Yoga for Back Pain (B)
